Ok, after home auto service ive replaced the pan 3 times, resealing with triple bond without success.
Then a certified mechanic has had 2 cracks at it, resealing with toyota goo.
Finally the pan had stopped leaking... but... still leaking from somewhere just above the seal, passenger side...

Pretending and hoping its not the main input seal its leaking out of, what else is prone to leaking?
Ideas??

If the pan is warped, it'll have to be straightened. A cork gasket is a bit more forgiving to a warped pan.

Other than the pan, where else can it be leaking from to leak over the top of the pan lip, passenger side??

dont over tighten the pan bolts! most likely one of the guys working on the car has warped the pan from over tightening the bolts and it will keep leaking.

take it off and make sure its flat and not warped around the bolt holes in the pan then re seal with toyota sealant

i reckon its from the torque converter seal, and you driving around is blowing the fluid ALL OVER THE PLACE, try to have a look, is there any around the bellhousing? Mine was doing the same thing and I was chasing the pan only to find it was the torque converter
