I've got a shift kit on order. I flushed my transmission a few months with 12L of T-IV. When I drain the sump to bolt on the shift kit, can i top up the pan with Dexron?

If so, which is more suited to soarer boxes, Dex2 or Dex3?

I believe now that you have a shiftkit it's best to use Dex 3. If you didn't have a shift kit Type IV would be recommended.
I'm sure someone here with more knowledge than me will confirm...

You can stay with the T-IV or switch to Dex3, choice is yours now :-)
