guys i am looking at getting in a TRD 2-way differential and was going to get Joe hollywood from distinctive car imports to put it in. quick question how easy are they to put in myself, i will give it a good crack if it is possible for an ameture!

Jordan, a friend of mine had his diff swapped to a TRD 2-way, it is a REAL pig to drive on road especially at low speeds, but great for response/feel at the track.
He got his done at KYP in Welshpool, so give Ben there a call. I'll try to get prices on parts and install.

jordan the clutch plates need to have their order changed if you want the full effect. they stack them incorrectly from factory so the diff is less aggressive. redline shock proof oil added to the 2 way will improve it heaps. you wont even know you have a 2 way in, in slow corners. mine is very well mannered.

cheers chris,sounds like the go, im just getting it together before the supercharger goes on top ( 3 months away )and dont want to waste any time or modding funds, so TRD 1.5 will be the way to go.........cool
