Hey guys,

I don't know if it was already mentioned but it seems the 3SGTE flywheel and clutch plate out of an MR2 work great on a 1UZ. A lot cheaper then getting a custom flywheel. In the pic below its a 3SGTE flywheel and clutch plate with a nissan clutch disc.

sorry about the offtopicness, but dam the starter motor on the 1UZ look like a pain in the ass to replace if they do them selves in

The 3s is not a direct fit and needs the wholes to be redrilled. Some people find that this is too important a part to have done. ( remembering where it is in relation to your legs).
Off the shelf 1uz flywheels are available for $400 new.
