im assuming its the yoke out of the transmission for the driveshaft, aka mates to the splines of the output shaft of the transmission and is attatched to the first section of the driveshaft via a universal.
Dont hold me to it though, but that is what i would assume it is

A341LE, also known as A30-41LE. Found behind jzx100 chasers and USDM spec Ls400's, Sc400's not sure what the JDM version is called, probably A341le. Its a 4 speed.

The difference is that one term is used as the Aisin manufactures code (the company that makes the transmissions for Toyota and Lexus. Toyota actually own a massive chunk of Aisin, who also make boxes for heaps of other manufacturers) and the other is the toyota code- I think A341LE is the toyo code, and A3041LE is the Aisin code.
