My car has developed a slight vibration that starts at about 105kph then dissapears over 125, it only does it when your cruising at that speed and are on light throttle if you give it alittle more throttle for inclines etc it'll go away. It feels like its coming from the gearbox or possibly prop.
I have recently changed from a open to torsen diff. Is it possible that if i damaged the spigot thingy that the tail shaft from the diff slots into this could cause the vibration? or any other ideas?

i'm 99% sure the solid center in the doughnut was damaged during the fitting of thre new diff... i remember looking at it and the bit the tailshaft slots into was pointed down at a 45 degree angle.

I think you and Rob have hit the nail on the head to be honest, i know i definately damaged the spigot thinghy in the center of the donut. I was under the car yesterday and checked the actual rubber and theres no visible cracks or damage to the rubber, just the actual peice of metal that the tailshaft from the diff goes into.
It just seems weird that the vibration is there on light throttle but goes when i goto anything over 1/8th throttle and only between 105kph and 125..... i had it in my head that there must be something warped in the gearbox that vibrates when the torque converter isn't locked. (i really have no auto box knowledge though lol)
