Just for everyones information if you need to get a new Kickdown cable. These are not in stock in Australia from Toyota and will have to come from japan, it is also near impossible to get one from the wreckers etc as they not want to remove them from a transmission.
Fortunately mike at MV Automatics can have them made and usually has them in stock for $101 plus postage. They are $160 from Toyota.
