When I start my Soarer up when it's cold it takes a long time after I select drive or reverse to click into gear sometimes up to five minutes.
Does anyone know the cause of this and how to fix it?

Check your fluid level, probably low.
How long since you had the trans serviced?

Matthew,
Mine does the same thing, only in Drive though.
It's not the fluid, Nial Bond says to fix it requires a trans rebuild, so I'm living with it!!
It's Freakin anoying isn't it!!
