My goal is to convert the whole thing for $5000 or less parts and labor which Peter says is achievable.
Not after big power gains so the W58 will do (200rwkws would be nice and no turbo/supercharger). I just need assistance to help me finalize this and get the conversion done!
the Bullet kit will NOT allow you to use the stock exhaust. (left cat will not bolt back up)
I got a braided line made up for my clutch line, and made the brake pedal myself out of some 6mm plate using the auto pedal as a template.
Everything else (excluding gearbox) you can get from Castle Hill Toyota. You'll need a W-series slip yoke, and to have your tailshaft modified to fit it.
You can use the stock cross member with an NA supra gearbox mount, but you'll have to space it down by about 7mm.

My headers had to have the beaten out of them to fit past the slave cyl with an R154. 2 of the runners are 1/2 the size they should be, doesnt effect power yet though.
Castle Hill is a Toyota dealership - all the parts you'll need (like interior trim, floor insulators, clutch MC etc) can be sourced through them new. In the bullet kit you get:

Ken, The Bullet kit is from The Rod Shop. They grind off the CRS casting.
Instead, contact The Rod Shop ( Castlemaine Rod Shop ) http://www.rodshop.com.au/ Talk to Glenn, tell him Neil said to talk to him about the W58 kit. You should save a few $$.
Yes, the Extractors fowl against the Slave on the W58 and R154 kits that are sold. The concentric slave has to be made to fit, Manny has done it, but the suppliers do not.
