to people who have done a manual conversion.

how on earth did you get that top bolt in when doing a manual conversion? it looks like only a small child could get there hands up in there.

thanks

just about to do the same thing, was dreading the removal of the cluster, but it seems like an easy job

The cluster only takes about 10 min to remove. Its a very easy job. Make sure you remove the steering wheel, and drop the steering as low as possible, to give you the most room.

you dont have to remove the steering wheel. i got mine out easily with out removing it, just make sure you take the steering column covers off.

just be sure when your pulling it out theres alot of little tabs and plastic bolt holes that get caught on stuff when pulling it out, make sure if it gets stuck you dont just keep pulling and break any off. just take your time and be a little forceful with it and it'll come out.

its a pain but with correct tools and jamming your arms and hands in ways you never thought imaginable its not too bad haha
