Hey guys, I just got a Sard Analyse ECU for a Crown but all the plugs match up etc so after taking it for a spin when I go to use 4th gear on the auto I get the ECT warning and O/D flashing.

Does any one know what this is or what it could be? The old ECU did'nt have this warning so it's after changing the ECU over that this has come about.

i assume the transmission might be different?

So when the manual conversion is done it should stop doing this?

no it wont. you need to cut a wire somewhere to stop the error message.

Yeah and you put a resistor in when you join the wires. My brother has done the manual conversion already.
