my problem started today, transmission slips after driving it for about 20 minutes. my dipstick says T-II, I have Nulon oil at work which lists T-II on it. should it be as simple as flushing it or is this a more serious issue?

I did, couldn't find any results where the problem was the same as mine, slipping when hot. why wouldn't I be able to use T-II oil?

I got all my fluids done a few years ago, and ended up with slagging gear changes, surging, and a generally unhappy box. I found out they had put a Motul brand of oil in(over full)......then charged ME to replace and flush it with toyota type4. Every issue immediately vanished and I have not had a problem since!!
