It looks pretty much the goods for a non-remote R154.
You can probably get one cheaper from Driftmotion in the US what with the current exchange rate. Only thing is you'll be waiting about 3 weeks for delivery from US.

The same dude sells here on a site we call trade me. I am sure he does not do remote shift boxes. I ended up getting a genuine short shift kit from Toyota for about $500. Might be twice the price but hey I can sleep at night knowing it is the proper part and it won't make my gearbox crap out.

I believe that the TRD short shift kit only fits remote type boxes
