My new (second hand) Auto has been slipping a lot lately mostly just after I start the car up. I'll be changing from reverse into drive and it'll take a few second to click in or sometimes even when I'm already driving and I'll take off and it will rev but I won't move then all of a sudden it will mesh and the car will launch.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

check solinoides man mine was doin that for a fair while untill one day it just dropped off reverse.

I've checked both the oil and the auto trans levels and they both seem fine...
