GEarbox is stuck in park, won't shift at all key won't release from ignition, anyone with any ideas??? 92 uz32 v8!!! cheers Pete

hold the red button in that is in front of the gear stick and pull it in and out of park a few times. see what happens then.

The steering key lock is part of the gearshift mech, they can get stiff and cause things to size up having not been greased in 20+ years, giggle them around and see if anything happens.

Also try pushing your shifter as far forward as it can go in park, but don't get carried away.
