$4000 on Supraforums and it didn't last long.
You will also need the raised shifter floor panel out of the supra.

Tailshaft needs altering to i think. Budget about 6k if you are doing the labour yourself. Thats staying with the dual mass flywheel and stock clutch.
Safe practice to change the rear main seal and front gearbox seal when you are doing it.

I've just looked into all sorts of gearbox conversions for my automatic soarer and i have concluded that manual conversions are not worth it. The only half feasible conversion involves getting a manual soarer box which is rare not to mention the associated ecu. Looking at $4k conversion anyhow for essentially a standard strength box add a decent clutch to that and it's more like $5k. Better off selling your auto car and buying a manual version. Any other form of manual conversion requires customisation on top of everything else and really the price starts to blow out upward of $6k in my honest opinion far too much!!

Just buy a manual Soarer. They go for about 12-13 k for the average one. There is one up the road from me now for 12K i think. Private sale.

Haha ; easier said than done... It took me 3 months to find mine... Out of 3 that I saw in all of Melbourne , it was the only one in a good condition . They have been thrashed by now.

I remember not long ago that Brad ... sold his 6sp single turbo, cutom coloured for about 14K.

Karim sold his 5sp single doing 265rwkw for about 13K. last month.
It may take a while but they are worth waiting for.
