I need my cruise control back. I have installed my manual and the computer turns on but it doesn't set. I am guessing because there is no speed signal 2? I have dash speed...so my speedo works. Obviously only one speed sensor on the transmission and not two like the auto.
How do I go about fixing this. Nobody has ever posted up exactly what needs to be done.
I am guessing splicing speed 1 to speed 2 somehow (maybe near the PowerFC). Also a switch on the clutch to some sort of signal thing so it disengages. Must be an input on the cruise computer for this.

Neils solution will fix it, mine works fine (I have the ECT warning on all the time though).......IF Neil will share his secret is another question. Rightly so I guess!? It is a hall mark of a conversion done by him as no one else knows how to do it
