Question - Who has fitted a Torsen LSD centre into their open diff housing?

Did the existing drive shafts fit?

I have been told (and the EPC backs this up) that all Torsen diffs have driveshafts with different splines so therefore you cannot use shafts from an open diff

Any thoughts? The driveshafts from torsen diffs have the part number 41309-24030 whereas the open diff ones have the part number 41309-24020 so they must be different in some way...
