Hello all. My radiator is losing fluid and my passenger footwell is filling up with fluid. There is a fairly constant drip coming from the heater core. Seeing as it is summer, rather than shell out $$$ to fix the core, I've read in a few posts that you can bypass the heater core. I cant find any posts that tell me how to do it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks Daniel, I dont think you could have explained it more simply, cheers. I owe you a six-pack I think, which would not be too hard considering your in Doncaster... I'm an Eltham man myself.

Keep in mind, that this will only work if the valve doesn't leak. It may be safer to actually remove the water hoses from the valve and join them together so water can't get to the heater at all.
