So I just failed my OOP (canada out of province inspection)

Nothing major, I need the headlights re-aimed for LHD roads, a new serpentine belt and power steering hose (preasure side). If anyone has the Toyota part numbers for those two pieces that would be great.

The issue that has me baffeled is the heater isn't pumping out much heat. I checked and the VSV valve does work fine. Did the bypass anyway and I have some heat, but not as much as I think I should. If it was even -15C I don't think it would warm up the cabin of the car at all. I just had the radiator flushed too, could it be air in the system, I'm thinking if there was air in the system I would have no heat at all? any advice would be great.

Thank you,
Jason Underwood

Your much better off getting your power steering hose fixed rather than a new one, the toyota ones are quite expensive.

David, the headlights are fixed for either LHD or RHD, you may have to get some replacements from an SC-300/400.

Air can reduce the heaters effectiveness without stopping it completely, so that would be the first thing to check.
