hey guys im trying to get the fans/heater working in my soarer before i bother getting the a/c gassed, when i got the car the lcd in the climate control unit had leaked, and i figured this was why nothing worked. if not i could atleast get a code with a working screen..i now have a working a/c control unit in there. and all the buttons light up, as does the screen, and the auto temp dial lights and what not..but nothing appears on the lcd, and none of the buttons on the unit cause anything to display on the screen or work the fans or anything. has anybody encountered this before, or know where i would start?

Hey Harley, I have been having the same problems as you. On mine, all the backlights for the buttons light up. The only lights that don't work are the green and orange LED's above the A/C and demister buttons. None of my buttons work, no fan no A/C no demisters etc.
Have you figured out what was causing it as i was going to buy a new climate control unit...

Does your cig lighter work? I had this same problem and fixed it by replacing the CIG fuse in the kickpanel.

Yep cig lighter fuse in drivers side kick panel is blown. Replace it with a new one and you should be all good.

Hey guys,
Had the same thing A/C lights all up but no buttons respond. I checked the CIG fuse but wasn't blown. It turns out it was Number 6 fuse auto air conditioner.
