AC works fine, but after while the button starts flashing and the compressor cuts out and starts to blow warm air....
Turn aircon off and then back on, works for another few minutes and same thing happens...
Not sure whats going on

Runs for a few minutes or a few seconds?
Have a search around for the procedure to do the Air Con diagnostics check. This should be able to tell you what error codes are coming on.
This is done by holding the AUTO button and the "Vent from outside" air button on the climate control, then turning the ignition on.
Do a search, you should find what you need, if you have no luck, let us know, i will find it for you.

well initially runs a few mins, then when it cuts out.... turn it off and back on and it runs a few seconds maybe 20secs

Same thing happened to our other soarer turned out to be the compressor.

Could be high pressure switch shutting the system off due to a restriction somewhere or bad cooling.
