ive had the engine out of my car for manual conversion and the dash board out to make it black.
when i put everything back together my a/c panel wont work. it is coming up with error code 21 and 23. all the lights turn on and i can adjust everything but it will not blow out any air. i have checked the sensor for error 21 and its fine.
i dont know what to do
does anyone have any ideas?
