hey all, Bit of a quiz to all the aircon wizes out there,

My heater, Not like i really need it at the moment but anyway
\
It will occasional not work at all, like ill put auto heat on and it wont go at all (no Air flow) so ill go manual and it will push air but only cold air, Whats the deal.. And other days she's fine...

Is this just something soara or is it gonna be a bitch of problem....

Cheers Josh

Do a search on VSV valve and all will be revealed.

It's the little vacumn operated valve on the firewall that lets water into the heater core.

Either the VSV is buggered, (very common problem), or you have a leak in the line and the valve is not getting enough pressure.

I would have thought there would have been some kind of vac accumulator and a 1 way valve on the TT's, so you don't put boost into the VSV??
