I just picked mine up from having 100 000k service. Lexus of Blackburn did the job (customer of ours, so looked afer me), and a sensational job they did too! The car is so smooth now, instant power when you prod the tall skinny one. They adjusted the shims, checked valve clearance, replaced my exhaust flange gaskets as well as the normal 100k km stuff... Total was $1426 which I was pretty happy with.
These part numbers have LX in front of them, assuming they are Lexus part numbers but I'm pretty sure they are the same anyway...

Aside from that was just oil, washer fluid, fuel conditioner (?) and a couple of oil gaskets.
Prices from CMI Toyota Adelaide TOYOTA #13568-59045 Timing Belt $83 (from CMI Toyta, just for reference, I got this from the GATES water pump kit instead). TOYOTA 19102-50020 Distributor Rotor $51 cap has same part number but "hard to find", for $78ish... you'll want 2 of each.
