2JZ-GTE Twin Turbo ( 300V )
1UZ-FE 4WD. ( Zi-FOUR )
Allow from 300,000y onwards + Shipping & Comply.
Eg..A Twin Turbo 97 model Grade 3-3.5 will be on average 550,000-1,200,000 FOB
V8 4WD from 300,000-1,000,000 FOB
Q from about 300,000-500,000 FOB
Both examples look the same.
If one had some money to spare and invest..I would get in early and store some over there before the Japanese know it will be exported to Aus.. (Good chance prices will go up a tad)Maybe.
There are Body Kits and Performance upgrades for the Aristo readily available..
Look to your hearts content here..(Look from H3 to H9) You WILL notice the shape change to the 160 Series in late 97.

Is it possible DOTARS will eventually allow the importation of the model, (160 series???), that matches the body shape of the first GS300 released in Aust? If so, pencil me in for a V8. |

I know a Soarer RAWS over here is going through the hoops to get Aristo compliance and he cant wait... also, i would be careful getting cars through Prestige... |

WE have bought more than 10 cars from Geoff in our family and friends group...and his services have been great...
Yes a couple of minor hiccups but he more than made up for it.

I should point out i also got my car through Geoff and im very happy with it and the service (apart from the cost, but thats another issue...), however some unlucky people have had major issues with cars bought from his dealers in Japan (as opposed to from the auctions).
I wont go into details, suffice to say a quick search on skylinesaustralia.com will fill you in.
He is not a very popular chap over there.... |
