You can sign up with an auction broker such as okshon.com. They do the translation, shipping etc. Google translate is also a handy tool. I have used them in the past, but it has proved to be an expensive exercise, as you pay broker fees, transport in Japan, transport from Japan to Aus etc, and it stacks up very quickly. I would only use them if there were bits that are not readily available in Australia, such as late model a/c control panels - I bought two from Yahoo Japan. Jeff or Aaron may be a better bet.

Also, watch out for transport fees - they are horrendous for larger items. I have a front spoiler still at the okshon.com warehouse, as it would have cost $250 to transport from Japan!

Steve, that's $250US. The spoiler only COST me $200US, so I decided not to throw good money after bad, and bought a Sard front bar for $150AU. $100AU to transport from Melbourne.....
