Ken, your car looks great! White suits the car well.
How did you go about putting the Lexus "L" on the grill? I was thinking of doing the same thing but I was told the "L" and toyota hoops are a different shape/size... Did you have to repaint the boot for the boot badges?

Brett the 'L' you see is the genuine article courtisy of a replacement grille from my recent prang....but prior to that I still had an 'L' in there. All you need to do is scrape the grill insert a little and the 'L' will fit quite well.

Ken, so are you saying that you just scaped out the inside of the hole that the badge sits in to make the L fit? What did you scrape it our with? Also, did you have to repaint the boot for the boot badges?

So why the different plates Ken?? Not that it matters but how did you get SA00-000A in your profile to read SA CC-070A. Do you head from The Golden Way to McIntyre road? If so saw you last week and did a head spin to see your car, looked great, I was heading north on McIntyre in a Drover so you would have not seen me. I guess you were spotted!
Brett, I'm sorry to say I can't tell you much detail on the scraping thing as a mate did it for me, he assured me that it wasn't too big a deal though. And yes the boot had to be resprayed for the badges, that cost $600 but I thought it looked worth it from my perspective. Craig, My plates are actually CC070A---BUT I have discovered Microsoft PainT now haven't I? So I figured I'd play around with that for a bit and you have noticed the result!.....and Yes I live in Golden Grove so that would have been me!
