I'm sort of in the same position as you , due soon for new disc's , as I have already done my wheel bearings I fitted the later 95 model bigger backing plates so that I'm ready to go straight to 95 calipers and disc's . They are a bolt on fit and it means you go from steel 2 piston 275 mm disc's to alloy 4 piston 315 mm disc's , makes a huge difference to the braking as they could stop better . As I said it's a bolt on job and if you get the calipers from the States they come in around $120.00 each for remanufactured units , worth every cent . Freight for the disc's would be too much so get your disc's here in Aus , I recommend slotted rotors as they allow the grit and stuff to clear away .

I use a place called Olympus , already purchased leads plugs and a few other things off them including ball joints . At the same time I would be fitting uprated brake lines , I already have new rubber ones on but will go to S/S teflon units at the same time . I got my backing plates from Lexus in Sydney and they came in at about $50.00 each including freight , not bad for a Lexus part . As to the full cost I don't know , calipers landed shouldn't go more than Aus $300.00 plus whatever the rotors cost , DBA make good slotted rotors but are a bit dear , there's another 3 letter brand that are good [ can't remember their name !! ], I fitted them to a Camry and they have been excellent , they where only $65.00 a rotor , the Lexus units would be a bit more than that , will see if I can find the box and get a price off them .
