Received my rebuilt alternator from the States , very impressed .
Fitted it in slightly more than an hour , complete success !!
Dash fault lights gone !!
My alt had been failing for some time , everything is better , even the TEMS is working better , had to go back to the softer setting as it was too firm !!
It goes better , the auto changes nicer , even the stereo is better , it's obvious that ECU's don't like voltage drop and things had just gradually stopped working correctly so one didn't tend to notice , even the tacho is now working as it should !!
TT Supra rack next on the list .

I considered a 140 amper but it's really not necessary unless you are running a wild stereo which I will unfortunately never have in the car . [ it's a family car !! ]
I get most of the stuff from the States from olympus , you need to talk to Ralph .
So far have had 4 lead , plug , cap and rotor lots plus a full timing belt kit with water pump delivered and the service is fantastic , gets here in 4 days no hassle !!
