Hi guys, as you all should know after an accident i had in my black celsior, i stripped it and i am selling off the parts. Well most of it i done myself and for those of you who know me it was a task in itself as i am in a wheel chair but it had to be done and i am as stubborn as they come sometimes. here's a pic of how i am going to get the motor out, next job is too unbolt the motor/trans and bottom suspension support brace and also disconnect the wiring and hoses then lower it onto a trolley jack and just slide it out the front, i will update pics as i go along. Cheers Joe

Hi Joe,
Great to see that the wheel chair hasn't stopped you from working on cars. Whats the plans for the engine/box? Keep up the good work and all the best with the removal.

It's unlikely they "lost" it, it's probably been borrowed so it could be "lent" to another customers car. I've seen LS400 engines Chatswood have serviced since new and the oil stank and the engine had more varnish than a grand Piano, straight after a scheduled service! Some Lexus dealers service departments are not as good as others and for whatever reason the Sydney dealers seem to be a lot worse then those in Melbourne or Perth. Call Lexus Australia and demand it be replaced!
