There is a screw under the black cover, the cover pops out easy. Two screws near the hinge, three at the bottom of door and two screws under the arm rest. Be careful not to snap any plastic clips, I think there is 4 or 5 still holding the trim on. If you want to remove the padded arm rest, you will have to remove the whole door skin, remove the lower pocket then you will be able to get to the six screws holding it on. Hope this helps.

Steve,
Thats a Soarer in the photo, and I like a dollar for everyone of those I have removed. However, are you sure the cover on the LS400 also 'justs pops out'? I've tried prising it off without success.

I suspect Neil, or Peter Scott may know. Pete took pics of the new side intrusion beams put in for compliance, so I suspect he's quite adept at removing Celsior/LS400 door trims.

According to 1 of the tutorials on a USA site, you have to prise, quite carefully above and below the hinge point of the door handle, The rest is quite straight forward.
