Hey guys
I got a c/f Celsior which has the duel air conditioning, And I got told my TX Valve is on its way out, I been told a new one is around $1800 or so, but a second hand one is a few hundred, does anyone know where I can get my hands on a C/F tx valve?

You need to talk to the Ice Tiger in Gympie , he's got a C/F Celsior himself and is one of the few guys who can or will fit new seals and bearings to our huge air con pumps .
I will find out what he can get a TX valve for .

OK , that unit on the engine side of the firewall is NOT the TX valve , that is in with the evaporator under the dash .
That unit is like a choker or reducer and unless it has been physically damaged then it will be that the "O" Rings need replacing or at the worst find a place that sell's front cuts and get another unit off them , shouldn't cost more than a $100.00 , then fit it with new "O" rings .
