I don't know if it was just the 1990-1992 or if it is the US spec but the cars over there seem to have separate headlights and fogs where my 1994 has both combined into one unit.

Just remember that you can't run headlight designed for cars driving on the right hand side of the road in Australia as the light pattern is incorrect.

IIRC there were a few funny desogn regs in the US and A for imported vehicles. I remember that on 91 benz S class sedans, they came with almost IDENTICAL headlights as these from factory. Something about sealed beam requirements.
These lights appear to be an exact copy, as in 'a retro thing' for these cars. Also, in the US and A, the bumpers were extended horribly by about 25mm front and rear on the S class, making them look absolutely disgusting. I dont know if they did the same thing to Celsior bumpers.
