Well, if you can get the numbers to move, normally the measurememnts are
HGFEDCBA012345(6789)
The letter 'H' representing the highest setting (car raised up to maximum) and the number 5 representing the lowest height setting.
Normally, 6789 are numbers that are enabled by unlocking a "Super Low" mode, usually enabled by holding the top "UP" arrows and then turning the ignition on.
Can you get the numbers to move? Is this actually installed in a vehicle yet?

This is the same unit I have working in my car , yes an early unit but top of the range , the TEMS button stiffens the dampening up another notch from even the sport mode , the left side number is for the front and the right side controls the rear , the up and down buttons are self explanatory and the select button is for the presets of which there are three and an off setting , so if you keep hitting the select button it will just keep scrolling around , I have mine set up for preset 1 to be where I run it every day [ 1 front and 5 rear ], preset 2 I run at 2 and 6 which gives me top of tyres even with the guard and preset 3 I have on F and F which is very high for servicing and suchlike , if I'm on preset 2 and I hit the select button 3 times it takes me back to preset 1 , let me know what else you need to know like the code at the back .

Thanks Aaron and Rich, I didn't think I'd ever get help with this.
Rich, how do you save a setting to be a preset?
And is the TEMS button just an on/off switch? So if you have the car on Sport it stiffens it up and when you press TEMS again it sets it back to sport?
What if you have the car on Norm? Does it give the extra stiffness or just set it to the same as Sport?
And what do you mean by 'the code at the back'?
It is installed but I haven't touched it as yet so not even sure that it works. I didn't want to fiddle until I knew a bit about it.

Bob, my understand is that the tems on the these controllers is just the same as the sports setting. It just allows it to be saved in a preset so you can go from high and soft to low and stiff with only change to a preset setting. Im open for correction but.

Ryan: Check ebay, Saw one go for $20 the other day with harness. I know Japanese Performance Parts on ebay has one but i think he wants $300 for it, a tad bit much in my opinion. Did you know you can lower your car with out a controller by adjusting the height sensors manualy behind the wheels and it tricks the suspension computer and makes the car ride lower, exactly the same way these electronic controllers work. Only takes 5mins and it free! yay!
Planetsoarer.com has a guide on it for the soarer.

The funny part is Dave, I actually want to raise it just past high. Because I'm getting a free respray of the front bar thanks to an insurance quote. and it still seems to scrape alot on driveways and the alike..... so I want to protect my new bar

Yep, it can be done. I can get about a 30cm gap between the bottom of the guard and the top of the tyre all round, Great for oil changes.
Do you have the extended lip on your front bumper? I dont and I drive pretty low and have never hit the front bar, just the exhaust and rear tips. Ive seem them little plastic wedge things they sell that you put under your front bar so that if it ever does bottom out all the scraping is done on the little plastic spacer wedge things instead of the bar itself. Could easyly make something up like that yourself. A picture would speak a million words if anyone has one, but im not sure exactly how to google search this one haha.
I own two Celsiors, One standard one done up and lowered. But the standard one has never ever scraped on anything, So im not sure as to why you would want to raise it higher then standard unless for some reason you have one of them drive ways from hell that would make a landcruiser bottom out.

Naah mate I have an aftermarket front bar that is not only lower but deeper too.... this makes for a scrape fest. I've already ripped it off once on a driveway. heres a pic to give you an idea

Hi Bob , I don't know if the TEMS switch will stiffen it up more if you are on the norm mode or not , I run mine on sport mode all the time and if I want it stiffer I hit the TEMS switch , it will probably do the same even if you are on norm mode but if that is more or less than the sport mode who knows !! As to the presets you set it with the up down buttons and thats it , if you are on preset one and you alter it with the buttons that's what it will stay at , whatever is showing on the screen is what will be there when you scroll around .

Hi Dave,
the front bar and side skirts came with the car from japan, but I have never seen the same front bar anywhere. The rear bar was off ebay and actually built for a UCF21 and then modified to suit a UCF11. Here is some pics ( I know I need new ones).....

Hi Rich, I'm having problems posting messages. The last 2 did not work. Was wondering if you had a picture of the harness preferably connected. Please email to rtimson@bigpond.net.au How much would a 2nd hand harness cost. Thanks Regards Rob
