Has anyone experimented with their Celsior exhaust?
I would like to achieve a bit more V8 "burble" (not too much to spoil the luxury feel though), where should I start?

There is a thread on this somewhere on this site about the soarer v8's, it goes into the best sound, setup, power, torque etc.

My celsior is not so loud, but it drones at 60kph and even worse at 80kph, its almost annoying without the silencers in, I will fix it up one day.

Thanks for the links Justin.
I think my first mod will be to replace the rear mufflers with a set of Lukey LSU17272 Mufflers as per Peter Scott's recommendation at

Ken Bruns just had his done, similar requirements, mild but meaty, and I am pretty sure he is happy with it. From what I recall, he had it all removed between the cats and the rear mufflers and replaced with just pipe.

You think 2 of these twin outlet mufflers will fit on the back of a celsior with stock rear end?

These units come in an 8" x 6" Barrell, with a 2 1/2" inlet.

They come in a Dual Out Square Tip 3" long

The Barrel length is 14" long and the overall length is 24" long.
