Hey guys and girls,
my celsior has developed to problems my car over heats with the air con on, i've changed thermostat thinking that it might not be fully opening. the second one is i have a metallic noise/rattle between 1500 and 2500rpm any ideas? it could be tappets

Shims normally rattle most at idle where the oil pressure is lowest.
The rattle could easily be an exhaust shield.

As for the overheated it could also be many different things. But if you haven't had the radiator cleaned since you bought the car, its probably worth doing.
