Don't know , I just removed the cruise J1 jumper wire in my speed control ECU and it not only fixed the 108 cruise limit but enabled me to have the speedo way past the 180 mark and this was before I fitted the Mines ECU .

Rich - I remember ages ago seeing a step by step instruction on how to remove the J1 - But have not been able to find it since, do you still have the link mate?

Well I have done it! Going to wait til tomorrow when I have to drive on the freeway to see if it works!
Looks alot easier in the pictures though, I have ALOT more wires and other boxes etc under my dash compared to the pictures! Dont know if its because mine is a C+F or so, but was alot harder to get to then it looks in the pictures! Will let you all know the results tomorrow!

Yeah, my C-F was a prick to do aswell, I basically just closed my eyes and jammed the socket up there and hoped for the best!
FWIW, I had a 1UZ in my old cressida, (soarer ecu) and I had the speed input hooked up. And that still had the 180kph speed cut. There was obviously no cruise ecu involved there!
The cruise ecu has nothing to do with it, however I acknowledge that a few people, rich included, have removed the 108kph cruise cut jumper and this has also done the speed cut, and this is something I cannot answer.
