Hey All,
New here, have had my Celsior for over 3 years now. I have a couple of issues which are really annoying me now.
1. Headlight will not turn on, tail lights, brake lights, parkers and high beams all work fine but no low beams. When I try to turn the lights on the high beam dash light will go on. I have tried changing the relay, checking fuses, testing the globes and cant figure it out.
2. Engine fan... it continuously runs and most of the time is running on high so its really loud. If its cold outside it still runs high. I have flushed out the system and replaced coolant with no change. I'm going to change the Coolant Temperature Sensor on the block on the weekend but does anyone else have any ideas?

Check the contacts where the cable connects to the globe holder.
The Celsior uses a Hydro fan, there is a control box that should be near the steering column that controls the hydro fan. Maybe you could try use another box but I'd start first with the coolant temp sensor.

Thanks Boris,
I have checked the contacts with a multimeter and they are all good. Im thinking integration relay now.
I have changed the coolant temp sensor now and that didnt make any difference, maybe the sensor on the bottom of the radiator is at fault or maybe another flush is in order.

Yeah thats what I will be doing soon... Im assuming it means another coolant flush though so Im waiting a little bit just to get the most out of what I have in it haha. BTW that sensor is $140 ish new from Toyota.

Any luck Tom? Mine was starting to overheat so I change the thermostat and radiator cap and gave it another flush... unfortunately still the fan issue but it doesnt seem to be overheating now.
I may have a buildup of sludge in my radiator as the previous mechanic mixed green and red.

Just an update...
Fixed my cooling fan issue, my issue was a blocked radiator, then fan was struggling to cool the previous one cause it was so blocked. New radiator and its all good. Now on to the headlight issue.
