g'day all,

promised Dave i'd post some pics up. these are the mufflers i bought off him, and fitted up the night they arrived! i think they look great, very subtle and classy. got that JDM VIP look without being to leery.

i'll be deleting the rest of the mufflers and putting a 2.25" system with a balance pipe later on in the month because right now they're as quiet as stock!

and here is just some pics i took. still pretty stock but it's slowly getting there! just hopefully no more pesky little maintenance problems that cost money that could be better spent elsewhere.

cheers fellas.

if anyone has any insight on my fan issue that'd be great, the thing sounds like a prime mover and it is chewing about 20L/100 on the freeway!

Looking good matt :-)

Regarding your fan issue, obviously the fan is running flat out for no reason, there is a engine fan computer, not sure what sensor this runs off tho, I would assume it just runs of the coolent temp sensor, or it may have its own sensor. Id say either a sensor is sending the wrong signal or the ecu is playing up and telling the fan to be on full time, being an critial part of engine operation I would also assume under any kind of sensor failure the fan ecu would also just tell the fan to run flat out, better more air then none at all.

Thats my thought anyway.

Not sure about the LS'S but the SC's senser is located in the bottom of the radiator tank (passenger side next to the drain valve)
