well, every time it rains my wheel well where the spare Tyre fits decided to start filling with water its not a lot but its still leaking. its weird because none of the boot liner trimming gets wet its just the wheel well that gets water in it any ideas on why its doing it?

Mine had leaves in the seals that were keeping them from sealing, so they would fill with water and leak into the boot. However yours is different by the sound of it, does it happen when you drive or when its stationary? Pull out all your linings I would say, check for water marks etc, there may be some indication where it comes from. Look around the bungs, also check around the fuel filler, it may get in there, travel along the pipe and down into the wheel well.

common prob, seal leaks along the back window. it is a place where water pools, especially if the car is parked facing nose down a hill. leaves dirt and debris along that back seal which eventually lifts it and lets stuff through.
i took my whole seal off, put it in the bath to soak, cleaned it up then put it back on but put a bead of sikaflex sealent the whole way round. should keep it water tight for the next 10 yrs.
