Sold the LS yesterday to a guy from Victoria who flew up and drove the car home starting the same day. Of course he won't have any problems with doing that as the vehicle was all sorted, unlike my latest one.

Oh yes James, I have my replacement but it's not a V8. I'll post up some pics when I have the suspension done. Got $10,900 for the LS which some said I had no chance of getting. If you have something unique, there is a niche market to aim for though.

A nice clean ls400/Celsior is good valve for under $11k, I am interested to see the replacement as I would love a new car but I'm still very undecided on what to get! I think it would have to be a nice 7seriers or a Audi A6 4.2l

Something that came up on the RACQ report which I was unaware of, was the load rating on the tyres I had on. They were 94 rated, but a 93-94 LS must have 97 or above. If you have a 91-92 model, no problem. Same car, same weight, same motor, same power but later model must have 97+ rating. So, nearly $700.00 later, I had to fit the higher rated tyres so as it would pass the RACQ check. You figure it out??????

Nice work Mike, I was one of the guys that doubted you. Even tho I paid a premium for my celsior not all that long ago. They are worth the money tho if in the right condition as they are an amazing car to drive when tiptop even by the most modern standards.
It's the guys that don't stand there ground on prices that make cars like this depreciate.
I have my advertised for 12 and wouldnt go any lower I think its worth it.
RACQ? Them guys are nazi's, too good at what they do haha.
