ok so i have left my old man incharge of getting my car registered because its two states away. he has jacked the front up to put new brake pads in it. when he has put it back on the ground the front suspension has dropped to the ground. it wont pump up with standard high low or either of my height controlers. he took one of the struts out to see if it had burst, it hadnt. it still holds air. any ideas

cheers, lloyd

make sure the switch is on in the boot. then turn car on with switch on hi and tems on normal and wait.
the switch in the boot is for when the car is jacked up or hoisted etc. so the air bags don't de pressurise.

You could also disconnect the battery for 15 minutes then re connect which will place the computers back to standard settings.

Jack the front wheels up slightly with the suspension switch in the boot switched ON. After a few minutes you should see the wheels coming down and touching the ground again. You should hear the air pump working. The noise should be coming from the driver side front fender.

If you hear nothing and the wheels don't come down then the chances are your air pimp is not working. It may not be your struts, they are bloody expensive to replace.

Don't jack the wheels up too high, just off the ground will do.
