Hi Denham,
What I bought from you a week ago has been received in excellent condition. Cheers!
Have you tried wriggling the cartridge? Maybe one of the disc trays are not returning into the cartridge before ejection mode. Try and have a look, and use a pair of twizzers to wriggle the individual trays. Otherwise, the safety lock must have engaged itself onto the cartridge before you moved your stacker?
Did you remove the power from the stacker itself when you installed the air suspension controller? Maybe the stacker internal parts were lodged?
Are you certain the door to the cartridge chamber is FULLY open when you attempt to withdraw the cartridge? Sometimes the door snags on the boot lining, and while it appears to be fully open, it is, in fact, only about 95% open. That's enough to prevent withdrawal of the cartridge. I've had the problem with at least 2 cars.

Has the mechanism unloaded and ejected the cartridge? Forcing it WILL break the loading mechanism costing you minimum $150, plus a cartridge ($80 - 100) if you break that too. If the loading mechanism is already broken and the cartridge is not sitting level then the cartridge is not coming out without total dis-assembly of the stacker; at least not in one piece.
