Does anyone have a list of what each fuse is? It would be helpful for me.

There should be a schematic on the under side of the fuse box cover.

On the soarer, radio 1 keeps the memory running, which drains the battery.
Not sure if you can do EMV diagnostics on Celsiors, if so, check for a EMV ECU fault code.
Other things to check, boot open light, remove lamp. Damaged wiring loom to doors.
