I'm with AMI too, but pay $570 with full no claims, $250 excess, and glass cover. I did shop around a bit and nobody could beat it - someone did say once I should tell them its a lexus and that will bring it down a bit, but I kinda feel like that is lying to them.

on this touchy subject of insurance,is it possible down under to get classic insurance,thats what i have done in the UK reducing my premiums by approx 60% do not know if this will help at all,but hey every penny counts,nick

Im paying $2200 for full comp and im turning 19 tomorrow. never had a speeding fine (TOUCH WOOD) and never been disqualified. My mate is paying $2700 a year and hes 18 and disqualified twice. These are both through just cars.
