If you become any good at working on the electrical parts in soarers I'm sure a few of the local boys would throw some casual work your way.

Hi Sean,
I'm in Hobart. I own a UZZ31 (that's the airbag suspension V8) in FS Green (Imperial Jade officially!) with 17" BBS mags - a really common combination. I've just done the timing belt and water pump in mine, I've converted the suspension from airbags to springs and the front brakes to TT (Ltd ones are small and weaker).
I've done the blinky dash fix - but never again - SM components are a b***h to solder! Hope to see you around. Drop us an email if you want advice - except I don't know much about the TT engine.
My car is easy to pick as I've removed the black coating from the B pillars and they are polished stainless finish. I like my car as stock as possible, but the coating had come off in places and I just finished the job.
Of course my car has the stainless frames around the windows too as standard, being a V8 model (best way to tell them apart).
