Hi All, Thought I'd better chime in and say g'day. Not to familiar with this sort of thing but when you have a soarer, you want the world to know! I bought my v8 about 4 years ago in Brisbane and now the paintwork has peeling clear coat. Stone chips penetrating the top coat. Very disappointing. Was actually going to hold on to it for 6 months and sell it off as it was a good deal but something happened....
New Koni spring over shocks just added now makes it feel like it’s on rails. Roundabouts seemed to have disappeared. Exhaust was replaced (cats were tampered by previous owner and was restrictive) Thanks to my suppliers who gave me the new system at their cost! It's good to have mates in the industry. Sounded a bit to load at first but now I'm used to it and I'm told it sounds great from those outside. Pity it’s an auto. Done the blinky dash fix, video feed to EMV. So many little things to fix up on it now like broken wires through the doors, Drive shaft noise, EMV starting to power down intermittently, CD player needs to be replaced. Still with all these niggling faults, I've had so much pleasure from it. I think I'd appreciate a new coat of paint though. Catch up with you later!
