I have been a regular on the forums for a while now. Was there in the old days of ALSC and eventually came back to the Soarer after a stint of driving around a 4 cylinder Prelude. As some of you may know this is my 4th Soarer. So this introduction is really introducing my 4th Soarer to the community.

The car is a 1995 GT-T Twin-Turbo (with almost all L options - missing TRC & LSD). Car has done about 119500kms when I picked her up.

So without further a due here are the pics.

And before anyone says it, yes it does need to be lowered. I know it has Lexus Soarer on the badges, but I like them that way.

Oh and the aif filter will be going. I need to get my hands on a stock TT box and BFI it. I have a permit for the air filter so it's legal so to speak.

Nice Will.

The stereo setup looks a little unusual - care to explain?

Matthew the stereo actually came with the car. What you seen in the picture is the following:

(i) A Pioneer KEH-P400 Multi-CD Changer - this is at the bottom; and
(ii) A Pioneer DEQ-500 Digital Signal Processor

This is hooked up to a couple of amps currently shelved in the boot & a Pioneer CD Changer in the boot as well. I believe the stereo was actually installed in Japan (as I can't find any English specs for the unit).

It's currently up for sale (see thread
http://soarercentral.com/sc-forum/messages/292/148865.html?1176379588, as I intend to put my old stereo back in (see previous thread http://soarercentral.com/sc-forum/messages/13208/55646.html?1143705290), although I may sell that one too and find something different yet again.

Joshua this came with the car. If I remember correctly there was a thread or 2 about these stickers during a particular production run of the Soarer. However these may have just been placed on the car afterwards. Don't know where to get them though.

I doubt it was an option; if it was thought Toyota would be a good start! ;)

The stickers were a genuine Toyota Dealer option on the 94 - 96 Soarers, and possibly the earlier ones.

When I saw my car, I liked them. When I picked up the car wasn't so sure about them. After having it on there for a while, I actually really like them. Great idea to have them where they are.

Mine has Piezo TEMS, are Piezo TEMS the same as Airbags,\
Why no airbags at the back.
