I just sold my slightly modified Hilux and bought myself a nice UZZ31.
I have had it for 2 weeks now and ive gotten alot of info off here to help with finding the right one. Ive already lowered it about 25mm, messed around with the trackday setting planning a BFI and exhaust. Plan is to keep it fairly standard and just tweak the engine a little, nothing to fancy.
Its great to be driving around in powerful luxury car, quite a contrast from the old lux

Chalk and cheese alright! The soarer is pretty much the exact opposite to the lux in every way. I had a lot of fun with the lux, but i also spent alot of money, thats why the soarer is going to be kept simple

I basically built it up from a stock hilux, everything is pretty much custom made, i was lucky enough to have a cool boss with some workshop space to do it.
Im not aware of any coil conversion kits, i just did a heap of research on the net and just jumped in the deep end with it, and it turned out alright (managed to pull 2nd place in a 4wd competition out of 84 trucks!)
If your happy to spend lots of money on a coil conversion, do it its heaps better, but if your like me and sick of spending way too much money on cars, learn to love the leaves

From where you type in your message, click on the following icon:
It will then prompt you to enter the location of the image. This is basically the thumbnail feature of the website. It would be better to just upload pictures from your hard drive though, as the thumbnail feature often stretches the picture out of proportion (if the picture is small) Pen, is there anything that you can do about that mate?

Vinh, It presents at a set size. They used to be smaller, but I increased it so you can reasonably view most pics without having to click on it.
You are correct though, uploading is preferred, but mainly because if the linked image is ever removed, it causes issues when people view that post as your browser wastes a lot of time and energy trying to find a non-existant resource.

I came from a Navara before my TT and the first time I took my TT for a spin i went sideways through the roundabout. Worse part was I was with the old man who is let say a typical pensioner behind the wheel
